Chinanews, Beijing, Dec. 2 - Those who earn more than 120 thousand yuan a year in Beijing will have to submit income tax report from next January 1 to March 1, no matter they have paid tax or not, or a fine of no more than 10,000 yuan will be imposed on them.
According to the Regulations on Automatic Income Tax Report (trial) by Beijing Local Taxation1 Bureau, besides those who with an annual income of over 120 thousand yuan, those who get income from 2 or more sources in China, those who has income from abroad, those whose total income has reached the tax level, but has never paid tax before, and those who meet the standard of the State Council of China, will have to submit such reports, too.
It is estimated that there are about 200 thousand to 300 thousand such persons in Beijing.
