China's leading online security firm, Qihoo 360, is planning to invest some 400 million U.S. dollars to form a mobile Internet device joint¹ venture with Shenzhen-based smartphone maker² Coolpad.

Coolpad commands a 14 percent share in the Chinese 4G phone market.
