A new survey shows that roughly¹ 7 out of 10 Americans asked say they have no interest in purchasing Apple's new smartwatch.

69 percent of those surveyed say they would have any interest in the new device².

The same survey also shows only around half of those asked say they were aware of the product itself.

The new watch is Apple's first new product in five years.

It's due to hit stores on April 24th.

Pre-orders here in China will be available on April 10th.
