Hairstyle fans know the fringe frames the face, but a new trend is allowing young women to wear their hearts in their bangs instead.

The fad¹ has kicked off in South Korea, with young women and girls styling their fringe turning inwards to form upside down heart shapes.

Called hateu aapmuhri - literally² 'heart-bangs hair' - it's thought to have been an influence on Kendall Jenner.

Apparently³ it's not an 'everyday' style, more a viral attempt to have some fun with curling tongs⁴, but these women look great with their fringes styled.
