villas5 have been built in a prime location in Suzhou.
The buildings are located within a 500-meter distance of three World Cultural Heritage sites, namely the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Lion
Grove6 Garden and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.
The villa is constructed with the
exterior7 modeled using a traditional Chinese architectural style, while the interior is decorated in western style.
The property developers say only selected customers, whom they call "super buyers", are allowed to visit the sample villas.
