Chinanews, Beijing, Jun. 8 – June 6 is “Eye Protection Day” in China, and currently “eye clubs” have become popular in the country, which are set up to help reduce the incidence rate of shortsightedness among adolescents.
“Eye club” is also called “eye-protecting room,” are intended to help students a good habit of protecting eyes and even get rid of glasses. Such clubs have been set up in most Chinese provinces except Tibet, Xinjiang and Hainan.
According to statistics, bad eyesight is increasing among Chinese students. So experts are vocal1 in reminding students of the need to take care of their eyes.
