Chinanews, Beijing, Jun. 19 – A survey on the health of Chinese men aged1 between 30 and 60 shows that these people have various health problems, such as high blood pressure, abnormal cardiogram and obesity2.
The survey was made by a Beijing medical research center through taking samples on 160 thousand men in Beijing, Shanghai and Jinhua, in Zhejiang Province. The result shows that 45% of them are overweight, 37% have high blood pressure, 20.7% have abnormal cardiogram and more than 15% have prostatitis. Experts say that male adults’ health has worsened in these years, and more people have suffered from high blood pressure. Han Xiaohong, a medical researcher said that middle-aged3 male men have lived under high pressure, and they usually lack physical exercises. She suggests men above 30 should take regular exercises, and try to ease psychological pressure.
