Chinanews, Wuhan, July 7 - According to a report by Wuhan Morning Post, the lawful1 owner of a newly built house of 3 million yuan worth is Wang Xiong (not his real name), a 4-year-old kid.

Wang Xiong's father is the president of a big company in Wuhan, who bought the house under Wang Xiong's name. In fact, Wang Xiong himself has never lived in the house.

Wang's parents think it's a good investment to buy the house; besides, buying it under the name of Wang Xiong might avoid heritage tax in the future. However, they have not let Wang Xiong know he is the owner of the house, in case that he becomes lazy and dependent on that property when he grows up.

Interestingly, the reporter of Wuhan Morning Post has found that many kids in Wuhan also have properties of their own. For example, 2% of houses in Fenghuangcheng Community and 5% of houses in Jilimingzhu Park Community have been sold to kids like Wang Xiong.
