| Chinanews, Chengdu, October 15 – A businessman from Norway recently adopted Jingjing, a female giant panda that shares the same name with one of the 5 Fuwas, the mascots1 of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
From now on, the businessman will give 50,000 yuan to support Jingjing’s life every year until it is gone.
The businessman started his career in China since more than 20 years ago. He is grateful to China for granting him precious chances of success, thus he adopted Jingjing to repay China.
The money from the businessman will be used on Jingjing’s food and other basic necessities like medicare.
