Chinanews, Chongqing, Nov. 17 – China's famous photographic company Golden Ladies plans to invest 500 million yuan in order to build a large marriage theme park together with a foreign-invested company.
According to Chongqing Business News, the theme park will be located in Chongqing's central business district. The five-story building in it will occupy an area of 20 mu. The building can provide ample room for newlyweds to hold various activities, including wedding ceremony, wedding feast, etc. The park also will have a large church and a five-star hotel, where people can make friends and hold wedding ceremonies. The project will be finished in two years. Such park will be the first of its kind in China. According to statistics, some 100 thousand people become newlyweds in Chongqing annually1, and each couple spend 80-100 thousand yuan on their wedding ceremony, and the wedding industry can create a revenue of 8 billion yuan annually.
