The 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top political advisory¹ body, closed its 20th standing² committee session on Wednesday in Beijing.

政协第十三届全国委员会常务委员会第二十次会议2日下午在北京闭幕。

 

Wang Yang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the National Committee of the CPPCC, presided over the closing meeting and delivered a speech.

中共中央政治局常委、全国政协主席汪洋主持闭幕会并讲话。

 

闭幕会审议通过了全国政协十三届五次会议议程（草案）和日程（the meeting reviewed and adopted documents including the draft agenda and the schedule for the fifth annual session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee）、全国政协常委会工作报告和关于提案工作情况的报告(reports on the work of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee and its handling of proposals)、全国政协十三届五次会议秘书长和副秘书长名单。

 

The documents will be submitted to the annual session for review.

有关草案和报告将按程序提请全国政协十三届五次会议审议。
