商务部4月12日表示，我国将发布进一步推进海南自由贸易港贸易自由化便利化的28项政策措施。此举是为更好落实2020年6月1日印发的《海南自由贸易港建设总体方案》要求，到本世纪中叶，将海南建成具有较强国际影响力的高水平自由贸易港。

China will roll out 28 policies and measures to further liberalize and facilitate trade in the Hainan free trade port, the Ministry¹ of Commerce (MOC) said on April 12. The move is intended to better implement² a master plan released on June 1 last year, which aims to build Hainan into a globally influential³, high-level free trade port by the middle of the century.

 

要坚持党的领导，坚持中国特色社会主义制度，对接国际高水平经贸规则，促进生产要素自由便利流动，高质量高标准建设海南自由贸易港。

We should stick to the leadership of the CPC and to the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, align⁴ with high-standard international economic and trade rules, promote the smooth flow of production factors and build Hainan into a high-quality free trade port with high standards.
