Global institutions gather in China to promote fictitious economy

Chinanews, Beijing, Nov. 9 - The Second China International Cultural Creative Industry Expo' was kicked off in Beijing on Thursday. At the expo' forum¹, many large corporations and institutions from China, the United States and Britain signed a letter of proposal for boosting the fictious economic zone in China.

The establishment of the fictitious² economic zone will help China to transfer from a large manufacturing country to a country with a strong power in cyber economy, said Liu Yan, president of the Beijing Digital and Entertainment Base.

The event was initiated³ by heads of the World Fictitious Economy Forum, British National Animation⁴ Center, the Arts Council England and world marketing⁵ master Philip Kotler, together with governmental institutions in these countries. With the signing of the letter, the experts hope that the concepts of fictitious economy and industrial rules related with fictitious economy can be promoted around the world, and the scale of fictitious economy can be raised to a new level.

Based in China, the fictitious economic zone will provide all kinds of services related with fictitious economy and it will serve as an interactive⁶ platform between virtual economy and fictitious economy. The economic zone will make up of six industrial operational centers, each based on finance, business creation, entertainment, media, resources and transaction, and 216 service nodes made by the six fictitious space zones and six virtual centers provided by companies. The 216 service nodes can work with each other in any form so that they will have more competitive edge in the market, said Liu.

At the forum, Chinese fictitious economic zone signed an agreement with the Berkam Group, one of the world's largest clothes manufacturers. The two sides aim to set up a fashion center in the fictitious economic zone. The fact that the Berkam Group joins the fictitious economic zone shows that the Chinese cultural creative industry represented by the Chinese fictitious economic zone has entered into a new period, experts say.
