Chinanews, Xi'an, December 11 – It is estimated that the demand for civil aircraft in the domestic market of China will reach 3,000 by 2026. The information was released at the 2007 Aviation Subcontract Production and International Cooperation Seminar in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province on December 7, 2007.   Aviation industry requires global cooperation, and aviation subcontract production has generated a an annual $30-billion market in the world.   Aviation subcontract started in China in 1979, and its output in 2006 was $400 million. According to the estimation of Boeing and Air Bus, China will become the fastest-developing aviation market in the next 20 years.   The 2007 Aviation Subcontract Production and International Cooperation Seminar, held mainly to promote the development of the aviation industry, had 24 overseas aviation enterprises and 64 local ones taking part in it.
