Chen Yufan, a member of the Chinese soft rock duet "Yu Quan" has recently joined the promotion¹ of an upcoming film "Bounty² Hunters" by singing a trailer song with popular South Korean singer-actor Lee Min-ho.

Chen Yufan spoke³ at the promotion:

 

"There are several cover versions of the song 'Ben Pao' translated as Running. So I am not sure what sort of fresh feelings I could bring into this pop song when I cover it. Our cooperation is proving to be an interesting success, which I wanted to compare to 'a cool wave in summer'."

 

Directed by Shin Tae-Ra from South Korea, Bounty Hunters is a South Korea, Chinese mainland, Hong Kong co-production that features a colorful combination of explosive action, martial⁴ arts, humor and sex appeal.

 

In addition to fast-rising "Gangnam Blues⁵" star Lee Min-ho who is the protagonist⁶ in the film, it also stars actress Tiffany Tang, Hong Kong actor Wallace Chung and Louis Fan Siu Wong.

 

The film will be released on July 1st.
