Chinanews. Shijiazhuang, October 10 – The ruins of Yecheng city in Hebei Province will be excavated¹ and fully² revealed. The central government has invested 230 million yuan on the project.

Being capitals of six dynasties and with a history of more than 2,000 years, Yecheng has produced an influence on city planning that can be found in Chang’an, Luoyang, Beijing and even Nara in Japan.

Currently, the ruins is buried in the farm fields, and it will be revealed after the completion of the project, bringing people back to the remote past.
