| Oct. 16 - Popular TV entertainment show host Li Yong's name is absent from CCTV's list of its ten best hosts in 2005.
Entertainment host Dong Qing, sports commentator1 Liu Jianhong and talk show host Cui Yongyuan top the list but the public have questioned Li Yong's exclusion2.
CCTV says Li Yong didn't receive enough votes from the station's editorial committee to make it onto the list.
Li Yong's reputation also appears to have been tainted3 by an increasing number of negative media reports this year.
