A woman in Taiwan discovered the anonymous¹ blood donor² who saved her life nine years ago, turned out to be her own beloved fiancé. She had been searching for him since he saved her life!

Nine years ago, Lin Xiaofen fell into coma³ after suffering massive blood loss from a sudden illness. 

 

Doctors immediately transfused⁴ blood to her but she needed more to live, it was then that an anonymous blood donor gave to save her life.

 

Lin recovered and lived a normal life. When 9 years later, she told her fiancé about her blood donor. Her fiancé, who often gave blood, jokingly responded: "I might be the one who gave you the blood and saved your life".

 

Inspired by the words, Lin started to investigate and she finally found out: the donor was a man from Xinzhu with a surnam Lian, the same name as her fiancé.
