The late actor and comedian1 Kenneth Williams has been honoured with a blue plaque2 at the central London site of his father's barber shop. 已故喜剧男演员Kenneth Williams的父亲在在伦敦中心的理发店被授予一块蓝色牌匾。 Kenneth Williams lived in a flat above the shop until 1956 The Carry On movie star, who died aged3 62 in 1988, lived at the Marchmont Street address between 1935 and 1956. Williams began his career in 1948 with theatre roles before being cast in the BBC radio series Hancock's Half Hour. He went on to perform in numerous radio and TV shows including Round The Horne and Just a Minute, as well as starring in the Carry On movie series. Williams lived in a flat above the Marchmont Street shop with his father Charles Williams and mother Louisa.
