Namibia's President Hifikepunye Pohamba has declared a state of emergency following serious flooding in the north of the southern African country. 非洲国家纳米比亚北部地区发生特大洪灾,总统希菲凯普涅·波汉巴宣布进入紧急状态。 More than 20 people are reported to have drowned and some 10,000 displaced1, many from the town of Oshakati. The BBC's Frauke Jensen in the capital Windhoek says livestock2 have been lost, crops destroyed and roads washed away.
