Capt. Zaharie Shah of missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 showed no unusual signs of stress before the plane departed, an interim1 report on the investigation2 said.
马航MH370事故调查中期报告显示,该航班机长扎哈里在飞机起飞之前并无异常压力紧张表现。
"The Captain's ability to handle stress at work and home was good. There was no known history of
apathy3, anxiety, or irritability," the report said. "There were no significant changes in his lifestyle, interpersonal conflict or family stresses."
A year after the mysterious
disappearance4 of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, the Malaysian government says it
remains5 committed to the search for the plane and the 239 people it was carrying.
Family members of the missing passengers and crew members are
gathering6 Sunday to remember their loved ones. And Malaysian authorities are expected to release an interim report on the investigation.
"No words can describe the pain the families of those on board are going through," Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak said in a statement. "The lack of answers and
definitive7 proof -- such as aircraft
wreckage8 -- has made this more difficult to bear.
"Together with our international partners, we have followed the little evidence that exists," Najib said. "Malaysia remains committed to the search, and hopeful that MH370 will be found."
