中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平近日对新时代推进农村土地制度改革、做好农村承包地管理工作作出重要指示强调，开展农村承包地确权登记颁证工作，确定了对土地承包经营权的物权保护，巩固和完善了农村基本经营制度。新时代推进农村土地制度改革，要坚持把依法维护农民权益作为出发点和落脚点。

President Xi Jinping has underlined the importance of making efforts to deepen the reform of the rural land system in the new era, prioritizing the protection of farmers' rights and interests. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, said in an important instruction that work to confirm, register and certify¹ rural contracted land rights will ensure the protection of land contract and management rights, and will consolidate² and improve the basic rural management system.

 

坚持农村土地农民集体所有制不动摇，坚持家庭承包经营基础性地位不动摇。扎实推进第二轮土地承包到期后再延长30年工作，保持农村土地承包关系稳定并长久不变。

We need to unwaveringly uphold farmers' collective ownership of rural land while continuing the fundamental practice of rural families exercising their right to contract and manage land in rural areas. It is important to ensure rural land contracting practices remain stable and unchanged on a long-term basis and adopt concrete steps to extend the current round of contracts for another 30 years when they expire.
