1月5日，生态环境部发布《碳排放权交易管理办法（试行）》，将于2月1日起实施。这是第一次从国家层面，将温室气体减排的责任压实到企业。

The Ministry¹ of Ecology and Environment on January 5 rolled out interim² rules for carbon emissions³ trading management, which will take effect on February 1. This is the first time the country has clarified the responsibilities of the enterprises to cut greenhouse gas emissions.

 

根据“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标建议，中国将推动能源清洁低碳安全高效利用，加快新能源、绿色环保等产业发展，促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型。
