Chinanews, Beijing, July 5 – The National Statistics Bureau on Monday issued a list of macroeconomic indexes that are on the alerting line. The list shows that Chinese people's disposable income has been on the "red line" for two consecutive1 months now, indicating that people's disposable income level is already "in the excessive range", the Beijing Times reported.

Apart from people's disposable income, fiscal2 revenues index and industrial production index are both indicated in a yellow line, showing that the two macroeconomic indexes have deviated3 from the normal range a little bit. The rest of the macroeconomic indexes are all marked with the green line, showing that these indexes are within the normal range.

At the end of last year, grain price started to rise in China. The price rise will affect the CPI figures for the months of June and July. In April and May, fixed4 assets investment rebounded5. Meanwhile, China readjusted the tax refund6 policy for some export goods. As a result, many goods piled up in ports as exporters tried to ship them out before the new policy took effect. Shi Lei, a senior analyst7 at the Beijing Tianxiang Investment Consulting Firm, said that, due to the rising export volume, trade surplus would further increase during the second quarter and the overall microeconomy would still be “overheated”.
