The Trojan virus, with the name of "important file", is said to be able to steal the personal information of smart phone users and unleash² the virus to people.

 

In the form of text message, the virus is spread with the contents like "Important File" or "Check out these photos" and it also includes the name of the sender and receiver, according to the report. 

 

Mainly targeting the Android phone users, the virus first sends the individuals information, including phone numbers saved in the phone and text messages, to a designated e-mail account. Further detailed³ private information, like the victim's social relations, is dug out following the analysis of a backroom team. The text messengers carrying the virus tend to spread to people close to the victim. 

 

Analysis also suggests that the virus is not easy to be removed even if the phone is restored. The only measure to clear the virus is to uninstall it.
