Chinanews, Beijing, August 30 – According to Beijing General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection1, foreign passengers who need to change planes in China will enjoy simplified transit2 procedures from September 1.
The new procedure requires no filling registration3 forms if a foreign passenger stays in China for no longer than 24 hours and if all the procedures can be completed without him or her leaving the airport. Take the Capital Airport in Beijing as an example, where the transit passengers can get to the lounge through the transit hall on the third floor directly after their arrival.
