SF Holding, the parent company of China's largest private express logistics firm SF Express, says it's planning a joint¹ venture in Hong Kong with United Parcel Service (UPS) to develop and provide international delivery services.

SF Holding and UPS will each invest five million US dollars to get the project up and running.  The joint venture will focus on cross-border trade involving B2B and B2C customers. The tie-up will initially² provide an international delivery service from China to the US and eventually will include the rest of the world. The plan is still awaiting approval from the relevant watchdogs.
